Site Management Team: Resident and visitor management
Maintenance: Head of Maintenance and additional maintenance team
Kitchen: Seasonal program to serve student and event programs
Administration: bookkeeping, HR, finance, and fundraising
Grants Manager: finds and applies for grant opportunities while managing active grants
Garden Coordinator: Coordinates gardens and volunteers
Land Steward: Stewards Land and supervises volunteers
Intern Coordinator: Recruits interns amongst various departments
Event staff: Temp positions March-October
Education: Educational program coordinators and seasonal instructors
