Application and Core Questions

In order to apply for residency, you will need to complete 3 parts. Each adult in the household will need to complete all 3 parts:

  1. Rental Application: this information remains confidential with property management staff. NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we are only accepting visitors that are seeking residency at this time. Please email visit@lostvalley.org if you have any questions. Thank you for understanding.

  2. Residency Core Questions: this information is shared with the residents of Lost Valley for collective consideration of new applicants.

  3. Application Fee: $25. You may pay by cash or check or we will email an invoice to be paid via Quickbooks.

Once we’ve reviewed your application, a Background Check will need to be completed at your expense (typically $35). We will email that to you when we’re ready to proceed.
