HSS Cancellation Policy

If a student withdraws from the course for any reason: 

Holistic Sustainability Semester:

Full refund up until 30 days before the course start date, minus 10 % reservation fee

75 % refund 0 -29 days prior to course start date, minus 10 % reservation fee

50 % refund any time during the first 29 days of the course, minus 10 % reservation fee

No refund after 30 days into the course. 

Pandemic, Natural Disasters, Terrorism, Acts of God, etc

In the event that we are forced to cease operations due to powers beyond our control, we will first attempt to adapt to changes and continue.  If we are unable to continue, we will do our best to help everyone complete their certifications either remotely, or within a following course.

    Holistic Sustainability Semester

75 % refund or credit during the first 21 days of the course

    50 % refund or credit between 21 - 42 days into the course

    25 % refund or credit between 42 - 63 days into the course

    0 % refund or credit after 63 days

  There are no refunds for students who are asked to leave for any violation of our CLAs.
