Community residents live in various kinds of dwellings: cabins, yurts, tepee, and more conventional townhouse style apartments.
If you want to join the community and there is no available housing, you may be allowed to bring in temporary housing (i.e. tent or tepee) or you may be put on a waiting list for the next available opening.
Our long-term vision is to build new housing that embodies our ecological and aesthetic values.

Utilities are included in rental cost. All cabins are nestled in the trees and are located near our community lodge, kitchen, and bathroom facilities.

Residential Fees
Each adult resident pay $125 per month for residential fees.
Residential fees are applied towards mortgage, insurance, utilities, land and building maintenance as well as other over head expenses.

Minors 13-18 $60 per month
